- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded.
- Age Limit: Drivers must be at least 16 years old with basic driving knowledge (if applicable). Passengers must meet the minimum height and weight requirements set by the operator.
- Physical Fitness: Participants must be in good physical health. Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other serious medical issues are advised not to participate.
- Waiver Form: All participants must sign a waiver form before the activity begins, acknowledging the inherent risks involved in a dune buggy experience.
- Mandatory Safety Gear: Helmets, goggles, and other safety equipment must be worn at all times during the ride.
- Follow Instructions: Participants must adhere to the instructions given by guides and staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in termination of the activity without a refund.
- Assumption of Risk: While all safety precautions are in place, participants acknowledge that dune buggy activities involve an element of risk. The operator is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the activity.
- Weather Conditions: Activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Modifications: The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the activity itinerary for safety reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.
